The wrong minds are in the right heads. Music and Map Reference. --
Overcast with a chance of showers later in the evening, highs in the low sixties, Boston seemed relatively normal as Elijah flew in. Using his jackdaw morph, knowing his secretary bird would be far too obvious, he flew over the Charles River and promptly landed in an alley near Albany Street. Elijah knew exactly where he was: a street or two away from one of the best colleges in the country: MIT. They certainly gave Cambridge University a run for their money in the time before aliens and Yeerks. Now, these schools were the grounds for dangerous thought and technology.
The mission this time was to look into Yeerk technology and developments. As far as the Animorphs were aware, MIT was controlled by the Yeerks, as was the rest of the state of Massachusetts. With MIT came people who could build weapons, new technology, and anything the right Yeerk, or the One, wanted them to. The Animorphs were responsible for investigating any new developments, and stop them if possible. Unfortunately, that wasn't as easy as it sounded, which Elijah figured out on the way. It was questionable as to what the Yeerks were developing here: it could be health related, weapon related, space related-- who knew? And the campus wasn't exactly small either...
A few minutes later, Elijah had taken the time to demorph from the jackdaw to normal human form. He remained quiet as others joined him. This wasn't his mission to lead, per say-- he just happened to know where he was. He just hoped not too much was at risk by coming here. Boston was never a quiet city. [/font]

<<You're getting good at that,>> Javier said to Elijah from his perch on the ledge of a rooftop. He had arrived during the last bit of the demorphing process and decided to wait and watch instead of starting his own demorphing procedure. While he certainly understood why other people might find the process to be nightmare-fuel, Javier found it fascinating. <<Remind me to videotape some morphs after we are done here.>>
Javier opened his stubby puffin wings and plunged into the open air. He plopped onto the ground near Elijah and concentrated on his own human form. His puffin morph wasn't technically native to the area, but they could be found not too far away. So a lone puffin straying into the city wouldn't be completely unreasonable. However, Javier had taken care to try and stay out of sight as he approached the alleyway. The animorphs didn't need any extra attention.
A couple minutes later, Javier's red triangular eyes turned white and round, and his morph was complete. He now stood in an alley in Boston, wearing a morphing suit. Javier hadn't been on any missions in quite some time, but the inappropriate attire was one part he did not miss.
