PERSONALITY: Sabrina's a girl with many colors. For the most part, she's quiet and honest. She's not afraid to tell you what she thinks of something, and she can be a little blunt about it. Strangers or not, she'll speak her mind about some things and some people may classify that as bitchy.
On her bad days, Sabrina won't say much. She'd grunt sometimes, but actually speaking is something she probably wouldn't do. She tends to glare a lot on these sorts of days, and it's usually best if you just leave her be.
Now, when you get to know her, comes the interesting and fun part. She does have days where she gets herself hyper, or what she calls "energetic." She becomes really nice, and will even say or do weird things that some might find strange or funny. She does like making people smile, but only her friends. To everyone else, she tends to stay her norm; quiet and honest. She doesn't like lying, even if she could do it. She hasn't really tried, so she doesn't really know if she is or not.
Sabrina's really protective of her friends and her family. Her motto is "You mess with them, you're messing with me." And then she'll really let you have it. She's smart, too. She can figure things out. She'd be a good ally.
BACKGROUND:
HOMETOWN: New York City, New York
HISTORY: Sabrina Wilde was born in New York City, New York with her twin Brooke Wilde. Sabrina was the older of the two and her parents both did the best they could in raising them, for the first three years. After they turned four, however, their parents dug themselves deeper into their work and leave them to a babysitter. It was okay at first, Sabrina and Brooke could manage just fine with a babysitter. When they turned 10, the babysitter stopped coming by and they were on their own.
As sisters, Sabrina and Brooke had been close to begin with but when they had to start fending for themselves, they became inseparable. They wouldn't answer the door without the other one being there, and they wouldn't talk to strangers. One day, a social worker came by to pick them up and they were separated. It didn't last long, however, because it was discovered that their parents weren't their parents. It sounds weird, right? Well, here's the thing.
Joseph and Maria Permiso wanted kids terribly, and they were always invited over to Gregory and Ruth Wilde's house. One night they were asked to babysit. Sabrina and Brooke had been 9 months old at the time, and they agreed. Five minutes after Greg and Ruth left, Joseph and Maria took off with Brooke and Sabrina.
Ruth had passed away six weeks before the reuniting of Greg, Brooke, and Sabrina. They weren't completely sure of what was going on, but they pretended to understand. Well, Brooke pretended to, but Sabrina let them know her own opinion. The social worker told them they'd be living with Greg and that was that.
Imagine Sabrina's discomfort. Here was a guy that neither of them knew. He was home a lot more than Maria and Joseph were, and she wasn't used to that. Brooke warmed right up to him, no problem. It took Sabrina 2 years to even consider it.
At age 18, Brooke and Sabrina both had gotten around to loving Greg and calling him their father. Brooke went to school for fashion design, and Sabrina? She went into the acting industry. She didn't finish college because she ran out of money and failed a couple of classes.
It wasn't her fault she was listening in about the invasion! She took more interest in that than her schooling. Oopsy. Then when things seemed calm, she worked towards going back to school. But now that she heard about the second invasion, she wants to help. So, she went on a quest to find the Animorphs. Brooke thought it silly, and Greg supported her. Hopefully she doesn't get killed in the process.
OTHER NOTES:

STARTING MORPHS: (Pick Five (5): 1 Fresian Horse, 1 Raven, 1 Butterfly, 1 Dolphin, & 1 cheetah)
Layla Katherine Wilde jogged down the road, blue earbuds in her ears and music blasting. It was her normal routine, of course. She was running to get coffee, before she started on her day. She was the busybee of the family; she was always teased for it. She just laughed it off on a regular basis. What did she care?
LMFAO's "Sexy and I know It" was loud enough for anyone close by to hear, but she used the music to give her inspiration to work out. Glancing both ways, Layla dashed across the street, before dancing next to the walking post for a moment, lost in the music. She had to forget about everything that was negative and focus on the future, not what happened in the past. That was just what she was trying to do. Sadly, thoughts would evade her mind from time to time. She shook her head and went back to jogging.
Finally, the coffee shop was within her sights. Layla had parked her car nearby, wanting a change of scenery when she ran. She checked her pulse as she used her other hand to take out her earbuds. "That's more like it, she breathed. She stuck her earbuds in her pocket with her mp3. Her hair was a mess, but she wasn't trying to show anything off. Her white tank top was clean, for now. And her black jog pants have never looked better. Sneakers were brand new.
Entering the building, Layla's brown eyes looked at everyone inside. No one she knew was there, which was how she preferred it these days. She didn't want to run into someone of her past and have memories haunt her. She pushed the memories aside. After ordering a cappucino, she went to sit down and saw someone with sunglasses. She couldn't help it; she giggled. "Isn't it a little bit cold to be wearing sunglasses? I mean, sure the sun's out, but it's not blindingly bright. It's good to see the outside without sunglasses on."
